Find extra support from ADP during year-end
At the end of the year, every dealership must execute the same Accounting, Payroll, and Financial Statement procedures to close the year. During this time, wait times on calls to our Support Center may be longer than normal. We also increase our staff with experienced associates, so there will be more people to answer your calls.
Here are some suggestions to help you be successful during this time of year:
Try one of these alternatives to calling:
- Use this website and open a Support Solutions case online
- Open a case through the Dealer Management System (DMS) support panel
- Call during off-peak hours
- Before 9 a.m. or after 2 p.m. your local time
Contact another support department (Accounting issues can be resolved by other support teams)
Refer to Year End Documentation that has been distributed to all clients
